Helping with the High Fives

Patients select lower sodium options from their top 5 sodium containing foods. They are reminded of these choices throughout the study.

Barcode scanning at grocery stores

Patients are prompted to scan items at grocery stores when they arrive. When scanned, the app shows lower sodium options of the same food.

Lowest sodium meals at restaurants

Patients are provided a curated list of the lowest sodium meal options for restaurants when they arrive at the door.
